Your prescription will be available for you to pick up 48 hours after they have been ordered. Please note we do not accept prescription requests over the telephone.
You can order your prescription via your local chosen chemist, through the online access service or by putting your prescription slip in the box opposite the reception desk. Requests should be submitted in advance (up to 1 week) of your current medication running out. If you are going on holiday, please make the reception team aware so they are able to sort this out for you.
You can sign up for electronic prescriptions at your local chemist, this means once your prescription has been ordered it will go electronically to the chemist you have chosen.
